Egos Anonymous
Egos Anonymous grew out of a recurring observation: that self-will—the quiet insistence on managing, controlling, and knowing—is at the root of most of my suffering. And probably not just mine.
The program draws on the traditions of AA and NA and the contemplative work of Richard Rohr, Ram Dass and Rumi. At its core it is an inquiry into what it actually means to let go. I worked with AI to help articulate what I was reaching for—which means I think of myself less as its author than its editor: listening for clarity, removing excess, helping it take shape.
This is an opening draft, not a finished program. The language, structure, and practices are meant to be tested, questioned, and improved through use and conversation. If something resonates—or if something feels off, unclear, or incomplete—I genuinely want to know. Feedback and lived experience aren't just welcome. They're the point.
Egos Anonymous belongs to no one. I’m just the person who opened the door.
